There is nothing professional about pages that come out of a copy machine crinkled, too light or spotted. And, there’s nothing more frustrating than needing to copy a document for a meeting, and the copy machine just won’t cooperate.

It may be that your drum is reaching the end of its work life, or that the toner in the machine is bad. Whatever the cause of the problem, we can address it. Not that I ever wanted my LaserJet's duplexer to start jamming, but when it did it gave me an unexpected pleasure. Julie opened the door of the shop with a smile and reassured me that George would look at the printer as soon as he returned from a house call. By early the next day he had it repaired and ready to return, also with a smile and a friendly, expert view of the printer's prospects: It is one of HP's best but it's getting old they're not making replacement parts any more. My firm has been working with George and GMS Lazerworks for over 20 years. We are a CPA firm and tend to work 7 days a week during our busy tax season.
