If a service call is necessary, we’ll send a technician to your location, often within the hour. Or, you can bring your equipment to us.

Not that I ever wanted my LaserJet's duplexer to start jamming, but when it did it gave me an unexpected pleasure. Julie opened the door of the shop with a smile and reassured me that George would look at the printer as soon as he returned from a house call. By early the next day he had it repaired and ready to return, also with a smile and a friendly, expert view of the printer's prospects: It is one of HP's best but it's getting old they're not making replacement parts any more.
